OSSSC Recruitment 2015 - 2016 : osssc.gov.in or www.osssc.gov.in is the official website of Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission. OSSSC issued an advertisement for the recruitment of District Revenue Service posts of Revenue Inspector, Assistant Revenue Inspector & Amin posts to fill up 1756 vacancies in various district offices under Revenue & Disaster Management Department Of Government of Odisha on contractual basis. So all eligible applicants should apply online at OSSSC website from 26th September 2015 to 16th November 2015.

Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification :
i) Revenue Inspector : Pass in Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce including BBA/BCA or any equivalent examination from recognized University, with knowledge in computer operation.
ii) Assistant Revenue Inspector & Amin posts : Pass in Higher Secondary School Certificate (Ten plus two) or any equivalent examination, with knowledge in computer operation
Age Limit : The age of the general category candidates should be between 20 to 32 years as on 01.01.2015. Age relaxation for reserved candidates shall be applicable as per rules and guidelines mentioned in the notification.
Scale of Pay :
1) Revenue Inspector : Pay band-2-Rs.9300-34800+GP-4200/-
2) Assistant Revenue Inspector : Pay band-1-Rs.5200-20200+GP-1900/
3) Amin : Pay band-1-Rs. Rs.5200-20200+GP-1800/-
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of their performance in Physical Fitness Test, Written & Practical Test.
i) Physical Fitness Test :
a. If a male, must not be less than 160 centimetres (155 centimetres in case of SC/ST candidates) in height and 80 centimetres round the chest;
b. If a woman, must not be less than 150 centimetres (145 centimetres in case of SC/ST candidates) in height; and
c. Must be knowing cycling and swimming.
ii) Written & Practical Test : The candidates who qualify in the test of physical fitness shall be eligible to appear a Written Test for 350 marks for the post of R.I. and 250 marks for the post of ARI and Amin.
Application Fee : All applicants other than SC, ST Category and Persons with Disabilities have to pay online Exam fee of Rs.100/- between 26.09.2015 to 07.11.2015. The fee can be deposited through online mode or by the conventional mode of deposit through Treasury Challan.
