Kochi Metro Recruitment 2016 : www.kochimetro.org is the official website of Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL). KMRL announced a latest notification and invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruiting Maintainers , Train Operator/ Station Controllers, Junior Engineers, Section Engineers to fill up 188 vacancies. So all eligible applicants should apply online at KOCHI Metro Web portal from 30th September 2015 to 21st October 2015.

Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification : SSLC pass with ITI (Two years) / Diploma (Three Years) / Bachelor Degree in Engineering in relevant discipline. Refer advertisement for full details.
Age Limit : (As on 01.10.2015)
1. For the post of Maintainers :Above 18 years – Below 24 years i.e. candidates should have been born not earlier than 02.10.1991, but not later than 01.10.1997 (both dates inclusive).
2. For the post of Train operator/ Station Controller/Junior Engineers Above 18 years – Below 25 years i.e. candidates should have been born not earlier than 02.10.1990, but not later than 01.10.1997 (both dates inclusive).
3. For the post of Section Engineers :Above 18 years – Below 26 years i.e. candidates should have been born not earlier than 02.10.1989, but not later than 01.10.1997 (both dates inclusive).
Relaxation in age for reserved categories shall be applicable as per rules and guidelines mentioned in the advertisement.
Selection Procedure : The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of:
Online Test and medical examination for Maintainers and Junior Engineers.
Online Test, medical examination and Psychometric test for the post of Train Operators/ Station Controllers.
Online Test, medical examination and Interview for Section Engineers.
Application Fee :
For Unreserved / OBC / Ex-servicemen : Rs.600/-
For SC/ST category : Rs.300/-
The fee can be paid through online mode by using Net Banking/Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets).
