ITBP, New Delhi has issued a latest recruitment notification 2015 - 2016 and invites applications from serving male/Female Sub-Inspectors/GD and Inspectors (GD) for the post of Assistant Commandant (GD) in CAPFs i.e. in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, and Sashastra Seema Bal through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) 2014-15 to fill up 152 vacancies. So all eligible applicants should apply on or before 7th August 2015.

Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification : Graduation from a recognized University as applicable to Assistant Commandant (Direct Entry).
Note : The eligibility for AC/(GD) through LDCE will be as per the RRs of the respective forces.
Age Limit : The upper age limit for appearing in the LDCE 2014-15 will be 35 years as on 1st August 2014.
Relaxation of age : Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates only.
Service : The candidate should have completed 4 years of regular service as on 1st January 2014 in the rank of Sub-Inspector (GD) / Inspector (GD) including period of training and should have clean record of service as prescribed by respective CAPFs.

Scale of Pay : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100/-) + Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- plus allowances like DA, HRA, CCA and other allowances as admissible under rules.
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected for this post on the basis of their performance in Written examination, Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Interview and Personality Test and Medical Test. Date and Time of written examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Interview will be intimated to the candidate by Recruitment Cell, Directorate General, ITBP, Block.2, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003.
