KSFES Recruitment 2015 - 2016 : www.ksfesonline.in or ksfesonline.in is the official website of Karnataka State Fire And Emergency Services, Bangalore. KSFES, Bengaluru, Government of Karnataka has issued a notification and invite online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of posts of 87 Fire Station Officers, 352 Fireman Drivers, 96 Driver Mechanics & 1324 Fireman's to fill up 1859 vacancies. So all eligible applicants should apply online at website from 6th March 2015 to 5th April 2015.

Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification : 

For the Post of Fire Station Officer : 

a) For Direct Candidates : Must be holder of degree in Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects from any recognized University. 

b) For in-Service candidates (Those who have completed 8 years service on or before 05.04.2015 in the rank of FM, DM, LF, FD and Fitter Class-II) must be holder of degree from a recognized university or possess an equivalent qualification. 

For the Post of Fireman Drivers : Must have passed S.S.L.C examination or equivalent examination with a valid heavy transport vehicle driving licence. 

For the Post of Driver Mechanic : Must have passed S.S.L.C examination or equivalent examination with a trade certificate in automobiles from a Government recognized ITI and a valid Heavy Transport vehicle Driving licence. 

For the Post of Fireman : Must have passed S.S.L.C examination or equivalent examination. 

Age Limit (As on 05.04.2015) : 

For Fire Station Officer : The age of the general category candidates should be between 21 to 26 years. 

For Fireman, Fireman Driver & Driver Mechanic : The age of the General category candidates should be between 18 to 26 years.  

Age relaxation for reserved category shall be applicable as per rules and guidelines mentioned in the advertisement available in KSFES website.

Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Physical Standard Test, Physical Eligibility Test and Written examination. The written examination will be held in Bangalore for the candidates who will be qualifying physical standard test & Physical Eligibility Test.

Application Fee : 
For SC, ST category-01 candidates : Rs.100/-
For 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B & GM candidates : Rs.250/-

The application fee is to be paid at any branch of State Bank of Mysore / State Bank of Hyderabad by using system generated bank challan downloaded from KSFES website.
